Exchange Process

Product Condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the receipt. For hygiene and safety, used or opened products cannot be exchanged.

Note on Shipping: While return shipping charges are generally the customer's responsibility, Shaize Fragrance will fully cover all costs if the product is found defective or damaged upon arrival.
